- Confirmed Participants: Approximately 50 participants attended the
Nairobi conference from Ethiopia, Kenya, Malawi, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia and Zimbabwe. Participants included policy makers, key stakeholders in the reform process and senior managers/administrators in the population and reproductive health field (such as Ministry of Health officials,
MCH/FP program managers, national AIDS control program managers and so on); and national and international NGOs working in the field. In addition, representatives from the donor community and the Bank's Resident Missions, as well as the Task Team Leaders for the countries involved,
were invited to participate.
