She is also a trainer using a participatory approach and is also a group facilitator. She has worked with WBI for ten years as a free-lance consultant on various topics including grassroots management training (GMT), strategic planning for NGOs, artisans as entrepreneurs, and girls' education. Prior to this work, Ms. Monnet taught at the University of Dakar in Sénégal and had her own consultation firm as a clinical psychologist.
